MemoriesIndia is a media digitization service based in Delhi, India. We convert physical media such as VHS tapes, CDs, DVDs, MiniDVs, and printed photographs into digital formats delivered via Google Drive or USB.

2. Service Use

You must be 18 years or older (or have guardian consent) to use our services. By placing an order, you confirm that you own or have legal rights to the media you are sending us.

3. Media Handling

We take all reasonable steps to handle your media safely and securely. However, by using our service, you accept that:

• Some old or damaged media may degrade further or become unreadable

• We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage or loss caused by courier mishandling

• You are responsible for packing your media securely before shipping

4. Turnaround Time

Typical processing time is 7–14 working days, but may vary depending on volume, condition of the media, and service options. Delays may occur during peak times or if repairs are required.

5. Delivery & Return

• If you’d like your original media returned after digitization, just let us know when you place your order or contact us afterward—and we’ll ship it back to you once the process is complete. A nominal delivery fee will apply to cover packing and postage.

• We are not responsible for return failures due to incorrect addresses or refused deliveries

• USB or Google Drive delivery is included based on the service package you choose

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on our website are in INR (₹). We accept online payments via secure gateways. Your order is confirmed only after full payment is received.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your original media content. We do not store, copy, or distribute your files outside of the delivery methods you selected (Google Drive or USB).

8. Privacy

Please refer to our Privacy Policy to learn how we collect, store, and use your data.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we handle your media with utmost care, MemoriesIndia is not liable for:

• Content loss caused by pre-existing damage

• Delay due to courier partners

• Indirect or consequential damages resulting from service use

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
