Order Cancellation (Before Pickup or Drop‑off)

• You can cancel your order at no cost if the pickup has not yet been scheduled or if you haven’t dropped off your media at our studio.

• To cancel, simply contact our support team via phone, WhatsApp, or email with your order number.

Order Cancellation (After Pickup or Drop‑off)

• Once we receive your old media (via pickup or studio drop‑off), cancellation is not possible, as digitization begins shortly after.

• If the order is canceled after pickup but before digitization starts, a cancellation charge of ₹200 or 10% of your total amount (whichever is higher) may apply to cover handling and logistics.

Refunds

• If eligible for cancellation, refunds will be processed within 7 working days via your original payment method.

• No refunds will be issued once digitization work has started.

Important: If your media is already in our possession and you cancel, you may still request to have your originals returned (shipping charges apply).
