How do I send my old tapes or photos to you?
You can either schedule a free pickup through our delivery partner (Shiprocket) or self-deliver your media to our Delhi studio. We’ll guide you through the process after you place your order.
⏳ How long does the digitization process take?
Most orders are completed within 7 to 14 days from the date we receive your media. If your media requires repairs or special restoration, we’ll notify you with the estimated time on WhatsApp.
How secure is my media and personal data?
We take data protection seriously. All files are uploaded to your private Google Drive folder with restricted access. We do not share or distribute your files, and your physical media is handled with strict care by trained staff.
❌ Can I cancel or get a refund?
You can cancel your order before your media is picked up or delivered to us. Once digitization starts, refunds may not be possible. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
Will my original media be returned?
Yes — but only if you select the “Return My Media” option while placing your order.
What types of media do you convert?

Cost to Convert Old Video to Digital
Pricing is a flat rate per tape, with no charge for blank tapes.
Our video transfer service is priced at ₹ 999 per tape, and each transfer includes a Digital Download.
Simply add the number of tapes you have to your order. You will not be charged for empty tapes.
Our service also includes videocassette repair and case replacement for preservation of your memories.
