At MemoriesIndia, we take great care in handling, digitizing, and delivering your cherished memories. As our services involve the conversion of physical media into digital formats, we follow a clear and fair return and refund policy.

🎥 Digitization Services Are Non-Returnable

Since our services are customized and irreversible (once digitization is completed), we do not accept returns or exchanges on completed orders.

💸 Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a partial or full refund within 7 days of order in the following cases:

• Your media could not be digitized due to severe damage and no processing was done

• You canceled your order before pickup or media delivery

• You were charged incorrectly or paid twice for the same service

🚫 No Refunds in the Following Cases

• You changed your mind after the digitization work is completed

• Your media was already blank, damaged beyond recovery, or contained no usable content

If you would like your originals shipped back after digitization, simply let us know while placing your order or contact our team anytime during the process. We’ll carefully pack and return your items once digitization is complete.

Note: A small delivery fee will apply to cover shipping and handling.
