📦 Sending Us Your Media

We offer two convenient options for you to send your tapes, CDs, DVDs, or photos to us:

1. Doorstep Pickup (All Over India)

We provide a reliable doorstep pickup service through our shipping partner network (primarily via Shiprocket). After you place your order, we’ll arrange for your package to be picked up from your address.

📌 Tip: Pack your items securely to avoid damage during transit. Use bubble wrap or soft padding where possible.

2. Self-Delivery to Our Studio

You are welcome to deliver your media personally to our studio located in Delhi – 110045, India. Visit hours and address details will be provided during checkout or upon request.

🔄 Returning Your Media

After digitization, you can choose how we handle your original media:

✅ Option 1: Return My Old Media

If you select “Return My Media” during checkout, we will safely pack and ship your original media back to you along with any selected physical format (like a USB drive).

🗑️ Option 2: Secure Disposal

If you don’t select the return option, we will safely and securely dispose of your old media after digitization. This option is helpful if you no longer wish to keep bulky or damaged formats.

🚚 Delivery Timelines

The time it takes to complete your order may vary based on:

  • The type and quantity of media you send

  • Whether any repairs or restoration are needed

  • The delivery location and courier availability

📆 Estimated Timeframe:

Most orders are completed and delivered back within 7 to 14 days from the date we receive your media.
